Shipping Policy

Our primary courier to send your order is Australia Post. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our premises. At times, we may to choose an alternative courier.

Please note that Express shipping means that your item is sent express post, your item will not jump the queue to be processed should there be other orders.

If your item is urgent please contact us and we will do our best to help you.  We may be able to expedite urgent orders however a small fee may be requested.

 

We will process your order within one to seven (1 - 7) business days.   We will ship your order as soon as possible but delivery times will vary depending on your location.

 

Please double check that your delivery address is correct - we do not want to ship to the wrong address!

Pick Up

Pick up is only available for bulk orders, by arrangement, at our Warehouse in Warana, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Additional Details:
  1. Goods may be delayed due to circumstances, weather, strikes or any other external factors out of control of Quantum Flow or Australia Post.

  2. Please note, once your items have been sent by Quantum Flow we are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or other Carriers, especially during high volume seasons. 

  3. Quantum Flow is not liable for any theft or damage to parcels during shipping or upon delivery.  Please contact us if this happens as there are steps to follow.

  4. All prices are based in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices within the online store may be in your local currency and MAY NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may occur.

  5. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Quantum Flow is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

  6. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

  7. If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia. Packages are fully traceable with a tracking number we provide. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.

  8. In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, Australia Post will attempt re-delivery. If Australia Post and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by the cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

  9. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  10. The cost of all shipping provided on the Quantum Flow site is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from either Australia or international destinations. It is the full responsibility of the customer to fund the cost of return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by Quantum Flow.
